How can I troubleshoot connectivity issues?
Do NOT use the reset button.
First, try power cycling your router and antenna.
To restart the antenna, locate your power adapter for the antenna. It is a small, black, 2″ x 3″ rectangular box. Unplug the ethernet cable from the POE port for 10 seconds. Then plug the ethernet cable back into the POE port.
